## What is SB: Facebook Pixel?

SB Facebook Pixel and TikTok (FBTrack), from Shark Byte, Inc (the same developer behind Trackr Order Tracking and SB Helpdesk, both covered earlier in this project), tracks events across Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest with multi-pixel support and unlimited Conversion API. It shows a 2.6/5 rating on 22 reviews, the lowest rating of any app covered in this project so far. It's developed by Shark Byte, Inc.

### How does the app work on a Shopify store?

Merchants add unlimited Facebook (Meta) pixels with full Conversion API (CAPI) support, plus TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest pixels for cross-platform ad tracking. Server-side event tracking bypasses iOS 14.5+ limitations and ad blockers, aiming to improve attribution and feed better-quality data back to ad platforms for targeting and optimization. Setup uses in-app video guides with 24/7 support. It's currently English-only and connects to Facebook (Meta) Pixel, Pinterest Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Snapchat Pixel.

### Why choose SB: Facebook Pixel and TikTok over another multi-pixel app?

Worth being direct here: compared to Rapi Tracking-Pixels Facebook covered earlier in this project (5.0/64 reviews, unlimited pixels for a flat $15/month), SB Facebook Pixel and TikTok's 2.6 rating on 22 reviews is a real concern and the lowest seen across every app covered in this project so far. This is also the third Shark Byte app covered here, following Trackr (3.8/34) and SB Helpdesk (4.5/244), and this one is notably the weakest of the three, suggesting inconsistent quality within the developer's own portfolio rather than a one-off issue. Four-platform coverage (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) is broader than Rapi's Facebook-only scope, which may still be relevant if multi-platform tracking is a priority, but given the low rating, reading recent reviews directly and testing carefully during the trial is strongly advised before committing, and Rapi Tracking-Pixels remains the safer, better-reviewed choice if Facebook tracking alone is sufficient.
